One&Only Aesthesis is a luxury beachfront resort that combines the tranquillity of the coast with the vibrant energy of Athens. Located in Glyfada, a cosmopolitan area of the Athenian Riviera, it is just 30 minutes from the city centre. Set within 21 hectares of pine groves and Mediterranean vegetation beside a sandy beach, the resort offers guests privacy, serenity and luxury, while remaining close to the most important cultural landmarks of the Greek capital.

One&Only Aesthesis is deeply connected to the history of the area, as it stands on the grounds of the historic Asteria beach club, originally established in the 1950s. During the 1960s and 1970s, it became a popular destination for artists, filmmakers and international personalities.
The design of the resort, created by A6 Architects, AUDO and K-Studio, in collaboration with Muza Lab, draws inspiration from the charm of the 1960s. The result is a setting that combines the elegance of the past with contemporary luxury.

The guest experience is closely linked to the history and culture of Athens. From culinary experiences inspired by traditional recipes to curated activities in the city, such as private tours of the Acropolis or tailored experiences for the whole family, as well as moments of wellbeing at Guerlain Spa, the resort offers an authentic, private and culturally rich experience.
