Formed in the 1980's, the Tanzania Association of Tour Operators is an organization dedicated to the continued development and promotion of tourism in the United Republic of Tanzania. It works as a single voice, in partnership with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and other governmental and related parties to ensure that the needs of the industry and its members are considered so that international visitors to Tanzania have a memorable experience that exceeds their expectations.
