Municipality of Prossotsani

The Municipality of Prosotssani was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 11 Municipal Districts, the former municipality of
1. Prossotsani
and the former communities of:
1. Anthochorion,
2. Grammeni,
3. Kali Vryssi,
4. Kallithea,
5. Kokinogia,
6. Mikropolis,
7. Panorama,
8. Petroussa,
9. Pyrgi,
10. Charitomeni.
Municipality seat is Prossotsani, small town of the homonymous municipal district. The first authorities were elected in October 1998. The population was 10228 inhabitants, according to the 1991 census.
