Municipality of Molos

The Municipality of Molos was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 8 Municipal Districts, the former municipality of:
1. Molos
and the former communities of:
1. Agia Trias,
2. Agios Serafim,
3. Anavra,
4. Kalidromion,
5. Komnina,
6. Mendenitsa,
7. Skarfia.
Municipality seat is Molos, small town of the homonymous municipal district. The first authorities were elected in October 1998. The population was 6454 inhabitants, according to the 1991 census.
