The Municipality of Molosi was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 17 Municipal Districts, the former municipality of
1. Molosi
and the former communities of:
1. Aetopetra,
2. Voutsaras,
3. Vryssoula,
4. Agios Christoforos (Giourganista),
5. Grimbovon,
6. Granitsa,
7. Granitsopoula,
8. Despotikon,
9. Eklisochorion,
10. Kalochorion,
11. Kourenda,
12. Polydoron,
13. Radovizion,
14. Rizon,
15. Fotinon,
16. Chinka.
Municipality seat is Voutsaras, village of the homonymous municipal district. The first authorities were elected in October 1998. The population was 3618 inhabitants, according to the 1991 census.
