The Asia Travel Marketing Association is the major marketing organisation for the promotion of travel and tourism to the Asia region.
ATMA's current destination membership includes Japan, Korea, Philippines Taiwan Thailand. In addition, many commercial companies in the travel industry give their support to the Association and its marketing activities. These include: Airlines, Hotels, Ground Operators, Tour Wholesalers and Travel Agents.

An association sanctioned by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and based on the Travel Agency Law, the Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) seeks to improve the quality of services provided to travelers to and from Japan. It contributes to the development of the travel and tourism industries through a variety of activities including disseminating information, encouraging cooperation among members, and developing businesses and legal dealings that will benefit the membership and the industry at large.

Members of the Overseas Tour Operators Association of Japan (OTOA) provide local services for Japanese individuals traveling abroad, as well as providing services requested by travel agencies in Japan on behalf of their customers. In other words, we are an overseas travel agency association which specializes in serving Japanese tourists abroad.
OTOA has 147 full member companies, and 114 associate member companies (as of March 31, 2000).
