Ikaria Airport is located to Ikaria’s east end, in a distance of 12km of Agios Kirikos, island's capital, and 52 km of Evdilos.
The airport first opened on 06.14.1995, with two weekly flights of Olympic Airways, by a DO 228 type of aircraft. Its buildings lie in an area of 1000 sq.m.
